The piece contains traditional Swedish folk songs, poems by William Blake and Maria Sabina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1994 it was recorded with the singers <strong>Lena Willemark<\/strong> and <strong>Susanne Rosenberg <\/strong>and <strong>Helena Gabrielsson<\/strong>, percussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Twenty-four years later, a section from <em>Timpanum songs \u2013 Herding calls&nbsp;<\/em> reappears, the second movement that the composer has given the phonetic title <em>Shi olvot<\/em>.
