At 6:30pm & 8:30pm the acclaimed clarinetist Jack McNeill<\/strong> will perform Karin Rehnqvist<\/strong>‘s piece Far and close<\/em> in Handel’s Room (the room with Handel’s harpsichord).<\/p>\n

Jack’s a highly-versatile musician working across classical, jazz, folk and improvisation. He is also writing for and playing with his own ensemble, Propellor<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

For this concert in the SOLO series he will perform a wide-ranging set including music by David Lang<\/strong> and Karlheinz Stockhausen<\/strong>, a new work that he’s writing specially for SOLO, and the world premi\u00e8re of a new piece by Alex Groves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
