Conductor: <strong>Tone Bianca Sparre Dahl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Karin Rehnqvist: When I close my eyes, I dream of peace\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"352\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/album\/2H4XYBNNsk78eyhSHxhVSK?utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Here is a review:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A monumental work from 2015 by Karin Rehnqvist (1957\u2013) received its first performance: When I Close My Eyes I Dream of Peace.<\/p>\n<p>Rehnqvist creatively uses freestanding phonemes as a musical foundation to evoke a feeling of pax hominibus, drawing forth language from the cherished dream of peace that is as ancient as war itself.
